Installation option

Various mounting methods are available, all designed for quick installation. Among them, we distinguish three types of glued fasteners and mechanical tensioners.

Adhesive surface - suitable for quick and convenient installation. Place the adhesive mat on a smooth, degreased surface, removing the protective coating from it, then unfold the silicone heating element on top and press. NOTE: This mounting method is not recommended for curved surfaces or heaters with a power greater than 0.8 W/cm² and an operating temperature above 205°C

RTV glue is used for surface vulcanization at room temperature for a stronger bond. The elements collected in this way are ready for use after 48 hours. Heat resistant up to 205°C or 260°C. Packed in 90 and 355 ml containers. For larger heating elements, two-component adhesives are recommended.

Silicone Bonding Kit - Two-component resin and hardener that are easily mixed together and easily applied with a brush. Withstands temperatures up to 175°C.

Mechanical tensioners - when the silicone heating element is to be used in many places and moved, it is recommended to use them. Other types of mechanical tensioners include clips, springs, and Velcro.
